Conference fee includes VAT 0 %. 

Conference fee for delegates and students includes: participation in the scientific sessions including conference material; lunch / coffee daily during the conference; information desk services; and City Reception, a cruise on Lake Pyhäjärvi and dinner at Viikinsaari Island on Thursday, June 14. A copy of a student ID card and a letter of recommendation from the head of department must be sent to TAVI Congress Bureau for a participant to qualify for the student fee.
Conference fee for one day only includes: participation in the scientific sessions and lunch/coffee on that day, conference material and information desk services.
Conference fee for accompanying person includes: information desk services; City Reception, a cruise on Lake Pyhäjärvi and dinner at Viikinsaari Island on Thursday, June 14.

Payment and confirmation

All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits, social events) should be made in advance in Euros (EUR) in connection with registration and reservations. When submitting your registration online, you will receive instant confirmation by email. After receiving the conference payments, TAVI Congress Bureau will send you official confirmation by email. No confirmation will be sent before all fees have been received. Please note that all payments must not include bank handling charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing.

Registration fee

If cancellation is received before May 14, 2007, the registration fee will be refunded with
the exception of 30 Euro handling fee. If cancellation is received after May 14, 2007,
no refund will be made.

 
Hotel room deposit

If cancellation of hotel reservation is received by May 30, 2007, the deposit will be
refunded with the exception of  5 Euro handling fee. If cancellation is received after May 30, 2007, no refund will be made. There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-shows.
